GoHighLevel automation

Your GoHighLevel, answering in under a minute

You are already paying for the software. We build the part that actually replies, chases and books, then hand it back to you running.

  1. It arrives

    21:47

A quote request, on a Tuesday night, after everyone has gone home.

  2. It is answered

    34s

By text and email, with their name on it and two times to choose from.

  3. It is chased

    +1 day

If the quote goes quiet, it gets followed up without anyone remembering to.

  4. It is closed

    Done

The job gets marked complete and the review request goes out on its own.

The licence is not the system

You pay for it either way.

GoHighLevel bills every month whether or not anything runs inside it.

  • The quote request that came in at 21:47 sat in an inbox until somebody opened it the next morning.

  • The quote you sent on Thursday was never followed up, because Friday happened.

  • Half a day went on messages agreeing a time that a booking link would have settled.

  • The customer was happy and nobody ever asked them for a review.

  • Workflows someone built years ago that nobody dares to touch.

What changes once it runs

Not a new tool.

It is the one you already pay for, finally doing the work. We set up 44 of the 52 features it comes with. The 8 we leave alone belong to somebody else’s business model.

  1. Nobody waits until morning

Every quote request gets a real reply with the person's name on it, at whatever hour it lands, from whichever form or inbox it came through.

  2. Quotes get chased for you

A quote that goes quiet is followed up on a schedule you set, twice, and then left alone. No note on your desk, no guilt about it.

  3. The diary fills itself

People pick a slot that is genuinely free and get reminded before it, so the back and forth stops and so do the no-shows you were absorbing.

  4. Reviews arrive because someone asked

The request goes out when the job is marked done and the customer still remembers it, not three weeks later when you find the time.

What the licence includes

We set up the ticked ones.

GoHighLevel’s own feature list, in their own words. We set up 44 of the 52. The 8 without a tick are gift cards, affiliate programmes and the like: real features, for a different kind of business.

What we build inside it

Not all of it on day one.

We start with whatever is losing you work right now.

01

Nothing arrives and gets lost

Forms, calls, texts and social messages all land in one place, tagged with where they came from and assigned to whoever should answer.

02

Every one gets an answer

A reply that reads like you wrote it goes out within the minute, and the conversation carries on in the same thread when you pick it up.

03

Quotes that follow themselves up

Sent, chased, and marked won or lost without anyone tracking it by hand.

04

Bookings without the back and forth

Real availability, confirmations, and a reminder before the slot.

05

Reviews asked for on time

Triggered by the job being finished, not by you finding a spare hour.

06

One screen that tells the truth

Where quote requests came from, how many turned into work, what is still open, and whether this month is going better than the last one. Which ads and sources bring jobs that close, not just form fills.

When the phone rings out

The call nobody picked up.

Whoever called gets a text within seconds, so they are not sitting there deciding to ring the next company on the list. The conversation carries on by text and email until they book, and whoever should step in is told.

Missed call21:47Nobody in the officeIt answered anywaySent on its own12 seconds laterSorry we missed you.Friday 9am or Sat2pm are free. Whichsuits you?

Knowing what to build.

That is half the job. The other half is setting it up so it keeps running after we leave. This is the order we work in.

  1. 01

Look at what is already there

Your account, your forms, your calendar, and whatever you are paying for twice.

  2. 02

    Set the account up properly

Numbers, domains, sending reputation and permissions, done once and done right.

  3. 03

    Build the workflows

The replies, the chases, the reminders and the review requests, in your words.

  4. 04

    Bring your data across

Contacts, history and pipelines out of the spreadsheet and into one place, with the same customer merged into one record instead of arriving three times.

  5. 05

    Connect what it cannot reach

Your job software, your payments, your sheets, through whatever bridge fits.

  6. 06

Build the website that feeds it

If the site is the reason quote requests are thin, we fix that too.

  7. 07

Test it with a real quote request

We send one through ourselves and watch what happens, end to end.

  8. 08

    Hand it over

Your login, your account, and a walkthrough of what changes what.

  9. 09

Change it as the business changes

New service, new season, new number. It is a system, not a monument.

Here is one of them

Four blocks on a canvas.

And the difference between a quote that gets chased and one that does not.

The quote moves to sent, the customer goes quiet, a text goes out the next day, and if they are still quiet it stops. That is the whole thing, and it runs whether or not you think about it.

And what it is connected to

Or it is just another window.

It has to talk to the things you already use.

Your website

Forms and chat post straight in, so nothing is retyped.

Kickserv

Jobs and customers stay in step with the pipeline.

Stripe

Payments and invoices, chased the same way quotes are.

Airtable

For whatever you track that no CRM has a field for.

ZapierMake

The bridge for anything on this list we have not met yet.

And where they come from

A site, not a template.

We design and build it inside GoHighLevel, on your domain and in your own brand, instead of dropping your logo onto a theme. Every form on it lands in the right pipeline, so nothing gets retyped and nothing falls down the gap between the site and the system.

How it works

  1. 1

    We look at the account

Half an hour, screen shared, no charge.

  2. 2

    We build it

A fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed first.

  3. 3

We test it, then it runs

A real quote request goes through before you sign off.

Book a thirty-minute call

If there is nothing worth building, we will tell you on the call and you will have lost half an hour.

What we don’t do

Worth reading before the call, so nobody wastes half an hour.

  • We don't sell hours

You get a scope and a price. If it takes us longer than we thought, that is our problem.

  • We don't hold your account hostage

The licence is in your name and the logins are yours. If you leave, everything keeps running.

  • We don't promise a revenue number

Anyone who does is guessing. We will tell you what we are building and what it is meant to stop.

  • We don't change what you haven't approved

We map what is connected first and show you what we would change. Nothing moves until you say yes.

I was drowning in manual work and reached out to Nico for help with automations. He set up email flows, follow-ups, and little systems I didn’t even know I needed. Everything feels more organized now.

Questions

We already use GoHighLevel. Do we have to start over?

No. We start by auditing your account, mapping how your workflows, tags and pipelines connect, and finding what is broken or duplicated. Then we fix it.

Will you change things in our account without asking?

No. You get a short report with what we found and what we suggest. We only make the changes you approve.

Can you build our website inside GoHighLevel? Will it look like a template?

Yes, we design and build sites and landing pages directly in GoHighLevel, made for your business. They work on any device, and every form goes straight into the right pipeline.

How will we know which ads bring paying jobs, not just leads?

We track every lead from the first click to the closed job, so you can see which campaigns actually make you money.

What happens when we miss a call?

The caller gets an automatic text right away, and new leads get follow-up by text and email until they book. Your team is notified when someone needs to step in.

Do you handle A2P registration?

Yes, we prepare and submit your A2P 10DLC registration so your texts don't get blocked. Approval depends on the carriers and can take from a few days to a few weeks.

Can it ask happy customers for reviews?

Yes. When a job is marked as complete, the customer gets a review request, and a reminder if they don't leave one.

Does it connect with the tools we already use?

Usually yes: Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, Stripe, Zapier or Make, Dropbox and others. If something can't be connected cleanly, we tell you before we start.

How do you make sure everything works?

We test every flow end-to-end with real scenarios before handover, and you get simple documentation your team can follow.

How does pricing work?

Fixed-price phases with a clear scope. The first phase is small, so you can judge our work before committing to the rest.

Do we pay for GoHighLevel separately?

Either way works. We recommend the licence in your own name, paid to HighLevel directly, because then the account is yours whatever happens between us. If you would rather not deal with another supplier, we can hold it under our agency account and bill you for it, and move it to your name later.

Show us the account

Half an hour on a call, screen shared. You will leave knowing what is worth building and what is not, whether or not you hire us.

  1. We look at the account as it is

Pipelines, workflows, what fires and what has been switched off.

  2. We follow one lead through it

From the form to the first reply, and where it stops.

  3. We tell you what we would build

And what we would leave alone. No slide deck.

Book the 30 minutes

Or write to us and we will reply by email.

What you send here goes to emmvi, and we use it to answer you and quote for the work. That is the step before any contract, which is what you came for. Ask to see it, change it or have it deleted at sales@emmvi.com. If we handle it badly you can complain to the AEPD. The Privacy Policy has the rest.
